Our Company and History

Bankpolicies.com is owned and operated by Medovich & Associates, LLC, a privately held financial institution services consulting firm headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. Since 1999 (formerly BANKERSPEN, LLC during the first year of operation), we have been specializing in providing financial institutions with comprehensive policy, procedure, job description and form template products. We currently service over 3,125 financial institutions in all 50 states and foreign clients abroad. In May of 2002, we formed a partnership with BankersOnline.com, the Internet's premier portal for the financial institution industry, to offer all of our products within their online Banker Store. In August of the same year, we also formed a partnership with the Kentucky Bankers Association to offer all of our products within their online Products and Services area.

Our Staff and Expertise

The staff of Bankpolicies.com is comprised of current and former bankers dedicated to product and customer service excellence. Brent L. Medovich, President of Bankpolicies.com, is a career banking industry veteran of over 25 years. Mr. Medovich is the founding member of the firm, and has held positions from teller to senior management in all areas of several high performing and successful financial institutions. The firm's administrative, compliance, lending and operational professionals, combined with the guidance of our client focus groups, remains the driving expertise behind our products that are designed by bankers for bankers.

Our Products and Services

All of our products are simple Microsoft Word documents that clients can easily customize themselves to meet their specific needs. We develop all of our products internally by partnering with a select focus group of financial institution clients that place our products directly into production for their respective organizations. This research and development method enables us to offer a superior product designed to meet the needs of our very diverse client base. In addition, we also offer the following services:
