What's New

Topic 3 - Definitions. Formerly included as a subtopic within Topic 2 - Policy Statement, this new topic contains six definitions used within the policy.

What's Revised

Topic 2 - Policy Statement. The following subtopics were revised:

Program Overview:

A new paragraph was added directly after first bullet point 11.

Second bullet points 2 and 3 (Intraday Liquidity Position Analysis/Collateral Position Analysis) were revised.

Third bullet point 1 was revised.

Three new final paragraphs and subsequent bullet points 1-8 were added.

Policy Goals:

New bullet points 6 and 16 were added, and bullet point 12 (formerly 11) was revised.

Topic 4 - Risk Management. The following changes were made to the "Liquidity Risk Limit Guidelines" subtopic:

First paragraph was revised.

First bullet points 3 and 5 were revised, and new bullet points 6-9 were added.

The paragraph directly before the second set of bullet points was revised, and a new final paragraph was added.

Topic 5 - Responsibility. The following subtopics were revised:

General - Bullet points 1, 2, 3 and 6 were revised, and a new bullet point 7 was added.

Senior Management - Bullet point 5 was revised, a new bullet point 9 was added, and a new final paragraph was added.

Responsibilities of ALCO - New bullet point 4 was added.

ALCO Membership - First paragraph was revised.

Topic 6 - Financial Performance Objectives and Reporting. The following subtopics were revised:

Liquidity Goals - Entire contents.

Measuring Liquidity - The first paragraph was revised and new second and third paragraphs (and subsequent bullet points 1-2 were added. In addition, bullet point 4 (Liquidity Stress Test and Scenario Analysis) was completely revised.

Topic 7 - Contingency Funding Plan. Formerly entitled "Liquidity Contingency Plan", the following subtopics were revised:

General - Entire contents.

Plan Overview and Considerations - Entire contents.

NOTE: A new reference to a "Crisis Liquidity Management Team" was added to the other subtopics of this area of the product where appropriate.

Topic 12 - Audit Policy. The entire contents were revised.
