Topic 3 - Complaint Submission and Processing Procedures. Formerly entitled "Bank Complaint Submission and Processing Procedures", a new subtopic entitled "Complaints Identifying Potential Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices" was added. In addition, the following subtopics were revised:

Verbal Complaint - First paragraph was revised.

Written Complaint - Bullet points 1 and 2 were completely revised.

Topic 4 - Federal Regulator Complaint Submission References. A new subtopic entitled "Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)" was added. In addition, the OCC's Customer Complaint Form website link was revised within the "Office of the Comptroller of Currency" subtopic.
