The revision to this product is in response to OCC Bulletin 2006-14 which outlines examination procedures related to the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act (CAN-SPAM). The Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council's Task Force on Consumer Compliance approved interagency consumer compliance examination procedures for this Act.
