What's Revised

Topic 2 - General Policies. A new second paragraph and bullet points 2. through 4. were added to the "General" subtopic. In addition, two new subtopics were added:

Topic 3 - Responsibility as an Investor Owned Corporation. The first paragraph of the following subtopics was revised:

Topic 5 - Conflict of Interest. The following subtopics were revised:

Corporate Policy (entire subtopic)

Self Dealing (new first paragraph)

Topic 8 - Obeying Laws and Regulations. The following changes were made to the "General" subtopic:

Revised first paragraph.

New bullet point 15 (first set).

New bullet points 9. through 11 (second set).

In addition, a new subtopic entitled "Insider Trading" was added.

Topic 9 - Competition and Fair Dealing. Formerly entitled "Anti-Competitive Activities", new subtopics entitled "General" and "Purchasing of Supplies" were added.

Topic 10 - Directors or Officers in Outside Companies. The first paragraph was revised and two new paragraphs were added after the bullet points.

Topic 11 - Membership in Civic, Charitable or Political Organizations. The "Political Organizations" subtopic was revised.

Topic 12 - Outside Employment. A new bullet point 8. and final paragraph was added.

Topic 19 - Audit Policy. Slight changes were made to this brief topic to reference a financial institution's requirement to conduct periodic independent audit reviews of its code of ethics program.

Topic 20 - Staff Training. The following subtopics were added:
