Due to the numerous Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act (FACTA) final rule releases over the past several months that affect FCRA, we felt it best to serve our client base with a separate product rather than increasing the size of our Regulation B Policy Template product.

Most notably, we incorporated Interim Final Rule guidance regarding Medical Information Procedures that create exceptions to the statutory prohibition against obtaining or using medical information in connection with credit eligibility determinations.
