What's Revised

Topic 18 - Whistleblower Policy. This topic was enhanced to include a small subtopic entitled "Customer Fraud Hotline" in response to the FDIC's FIL-80-2005 which encourages financial institutions to consider the benefits of implementing a fraud hotline as a confidential communication channel to identify fraud and reduce fraud-related losses. The FIL also provides guidance to financial institutions when implementing a fraud hotline to ensure its overall effectiveness.
