Product Update Notification - 09/18/07 Marketing Plan and Program Policy Update Details What's New Topic 3 - Risk Management of Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices. Includes the following subtopics: Policy Statement Risk Management Guidelines Topic 9 - Staff Training. This new topic includes training responsibilities and related activities, including all financial institution personnel, marketing department personnel, and the board of directors. What's Revised Topic 3 - Structure of Accountability. The "Marketing Officer" subtopic was revised to include Marketing Department oversight responsibilities in the first paragraph and new bullet point 12. In addition, a new "Compliance Officer" subtopic was added to provide an overview of related responsibilities. Topic 6 - Do Not Call Policy.
