The update to this product is in response to the Federal Reserve Press Release dated December 19, 2008 that announces adopted revisions to its Payment System Risk (PSR) policy. The adopted revisions are designed to improve intraday liquidity management and payment flows for the banking system, while also helping to mitigate credit exposures of the Federal Reserve Banks (Reserve Banks) from daylight overdrafts.

The policy will take effect between the fourth quarter of 2010 and first quarter of 2011 with a specific date announced at least 90 days in advance. The interim policy for the deductible and streamlined max cap procedure will be effective on March 26, 2009.

Real Estate Loan Policy Template

The update to this product is in response to the OTS Regulatory Bulletin RB 37-24 entitled "One to Four Residential Real Estate Lending Examination Handbook" dated September 17, 2008. This revised handbook replaces the existing handbook Section 212.

Automated Credit Underwriting Guidelines were also incorporated in addition to greatly expanding the Residential Term Real Estate Loans and Construction Loans topics in response to this guidance and at the request of various clients.
