Product Update Notification - 05/10/10 Revised Policy Templates The update to this products is in response to Federal Reserve Press Release date March 23, 2010 that announces final rules to Regulation E that restrict the fees and expiration dates that may apply to gift cards. The rules protect consumers from certain unexpected costs and require that gift card terms and conditions be clearly stated.
