Product Update Notification - 06/07/10 Revised Policy Templates Accounts Payable and Employee Expense Policy Template The update to this product is in response to numerous clients who requested that we incorporate requirements set forth in the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act ("EESA"), as amended by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act ("ARRA"). In general , ARRA requires each recipient of funds under the Capital Purchase Program ("CPP") of the Troubled Assets Relief Program ("TARP") to have in place a company-wide policy regarding excessive or luxury expenditures, as identified by the Secretary of the Department of the U.S. Treasury.
