The release of these new and revised products is in response to the OCC's News Release 2012-97 entitled "OCC Focuses on Business Lending in Rural Areas" dated June 22, 2012.  The report looks at bank participation in the USDA Business & Industry Guaranteed Loan Program, and highlights how banks can make loans through this program to support businesses, expand employment, further economic development in rural areas, and help meet their Community Reinvestment Act goals.

The release of these revised products is in response to the OCC's New Release 2012-92 entitled "OCC Issues an Interim Final Lending Limit Rule" dated June 20, 2012.  The interim final rule was effective July 21, 2012.
