Product Update Notification - 08/03/09 Revised Audit Policy Template The update to this product is in response to the FDIC FIL-33-2009 entitled "Annual Audit and Reporting Requirements - Final Amendments to Part 363." This guidance sets forth annual independent audit and reporting requirements for insured institutions with $500 million or more in total assets. The amendments also allow consumers to reject such increases and changes by informing the creditor before the increase or change goes into effect.
