Product Update Notification - 09/12/11 Revised Policy Templates Servicemembers Civil Relief Act Policy Template The update to these products is in response to the Federal Reserve's Division of Consumer and Community Affairs Letter CA 11-6 dated August 15, 2011 which transmits revised examination procedures for the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). http://www.federalreserve.gov/boarddocs/caletters/2011/1106/caltr1106.htm Human Resources Code of Ethics Policy Template The update to this product is in response to numerous clients requesting that we expand upon guidance relating to public companies, personal financial responsibility, conflicts of interest, competition and fair dealing, retention of documentation, and other key topics of current regulatory scrutiny. Real Estate Loan Policy Template The update to this product is in response to a final rule issued by the FTC on 07/22/11 relating to unfair or deceptive acts and practices that may occur with regard to mortgage advertising. The Mortgage Acts and Practices rule (MAP) prohibits any misrepresentation in any commercial communication regarding any term of any mortgage credit product and imposes recordkeeping requirements. The rule, which was effective August 19, 2011, covers only entities over which the FTC has jurisdiction.
