Flood Disaster Protection Act Policy Template

The update to this product is in response to the Joint Press Release dated October 14, 2011 that updates the Interagency Questions and Answers Regarding Flood Insurance that was most recently published on July 21, 2009.  The guidance finalizes two questions and answers that had been previously proposed.  The first relates to insurable value, while the second relates to force placement of flood insurance.

Regulation D Policy Template

The update to this product is in response to the Federal Reserve Press Release dated October 26, 2011 which announced the annual indexing of the reserve requirement exemption amount and of the low reserve tranche for 2012.  These amounts are used in the calculation of reserve requirements of depository institutions.  The Federal Reserve Board also announced the annual indexing of the nonexempt deposit cutoff level and the reduced reporting limit that will be used to determine deposit reporting panels effective 2012.
