Topic 11 - Payment of Overdraft Disclosures. This topic was incorporated in response to the Federal Reserve Bank's Press Release dated May 19, 2005 (see link below) to address concerns about the uniformity and adequacy of information provided to consumers when they overdraw their deposit accounts. The final rule is effective July 1, 2006.

What's Revised
