The minor revision to this product is in response to the recently issued guidance from the Federal Reserve regarding the final rule excepting transactions of $15.00 or less from the requirement that receipts be made available to consumers at electronic terminals:

What's Revised

Topic 9 - Documentation of Transfers. A new subtopic "Exception of Receipts in Small Value Transfers" was added.

Topic 10 - Electronic Terminal Receipt. The "General" subtopic was revised.

Topic 12 - Error Resolution. A notation was added on page 19 that the error definition does not include the $15.00 transaction receipt exception.
